Archives For miracles

(Note: I found this letter to myself written in October 1987. I had been living in Australia for five years, and had spent six months traveling through Africa and Europe. I wrote it on the airplane as I was flying to my family home in Denver.)

Over six years ago I left—a girl, a seeker.

I’ve grown. I’ve changed. Changes have been rapid in the past few months as I’ve gotten to know White Eagle. (Note: At this time I didn’t know I could channel, I only knew that White Eagle was my guide.)

beauty girl in field under cloudsI’m coming home a woman. Full, abundant, wise, rich, mature, harvest-solid, harvest-spicy. Maybe it has been happening slowly, this acceptance of myself as a woman. But only now has it merged with the girl I was before today.

Funny how it happens. Meditating somewhere over New York, White Eagle was before me, holding my hands. I drank in his calm peace, his kind sparkle, his spirit. But what was that behind me? A female. She had what White Eagle has but different. She was woman manifest. Good and giving. A strength, a guide. I felt her hands on my shoulders. I absorbed her femininity, her motherhood, her fertility, her wealth… a goddess.

I am changed. She is now in me. In the last few miles of my 6 year journey, I am now that which I left to find, that which I somehow feared. I am now ready to accept the power, the attractiveness, the responsibility of being a woman.

Miracles are unexpected. I laugh to think that I’ve been chasing around the globe for this, and it happened as I waited for the flight attendant to bring me my Coke.

I have matured. I am a woman now. I am ready to go home and make a life, a home, a family. Welcome home Jonette!

You are moving into the world of the rainbow tribes. The rainbow tribes are the star people who are awakened, who came like stardust upon this planet. The rainbow tribes are the seeds of the new awakening, and you are beginning to be those seeds. The more you do to let go of your identity, the more support you will garner. Star beings and star lineages, civilizations uncomprehensible to you, will become active in support.

You are only beginning to understand telepathy, synchronicity, and  miracles: and you will find those words small, as descriptors, for the universe that opens. The rapidity of this change will take your breath away, and it’s only uncomfortable if you identify with who you were yesterday.  When you release that identification and be who you are at this moment – who you are as a cosmic self – the rapid change will be perfect.

The rainbow tribes are gathering in consciousness. In your dreams, you may be asked to go to the meeting place of the rainbow tribes. If you are asked, know yourself to be honored. It is important in this time of personal change, that you step outside your daily grind and that you walk on Mother Earth. You breathe in the sun. You bundle up. You go out at night. You breathe in the stars and the moon, not just looking up at them through your window and your walls, or your cars.

The rainbow tribes call you to your authenticity, to the truth of your core. The wise ones who have passed over are gathering in councils. The doors of the libraries of the Akasha are opening, and knowledge, deep knowledge, that has before been secret, is bubbling forth to you and ones like you. There is so much more reality beyond what you think is true. The gates are opening, the secrets revealed, and the secrets dear brothers and sisters, are more gates, and more doorways.

You are in high and holy hands. You don’t remember the interviews that brought you to this life, to this room, to this quest, but you aced every one, and you are here. Welcome to the quest of the rainbow nations.

When you get to these higher dimensions, you are at the edge of the quantum world–which doesn’t exist–and the real world.  You sense the raw material that makes form.  What some of you may sense as your brain gets retrained is that the table seems to be wavy, or you seem to see atoms jumping up and down.  What that is, is you are actually seeing what is so.  Your mind has been programmed to see as solid what you believe is solid, but the truth is that everything is waving in and out of existence, so as you open up these kinds of aspects of your brain and know you are not crazy, you begin to see or sense the vitality, the life, of the table, of anything.

In those higher dimensions beyond frequencies, time actually stops.  So one of the possibilities is that time stops because more of who you are is free to be in those timeless, spaceless dimensions above the fifth dimension.  The world will continue as it has, yet during this time, more of humanity is moving to those frequencies, and then beyond frequencies where there is no time.  You will still have time, because time and space are related, so if you got beyond time, you wouldn’t have space, either.

This world is meant to be a creating vortex, an open door of endless possibilities.  Not just a moving around of furniture on the Titanic, but actually more and more energy building into this world…more form, more possibilities, more realities.  You might think of humans as an experiment gone wrong, but wrong in a good sense.  Humans in many ways were an experiment in slavery, but humans had this determination, this sense of something bigger, this sense of emotion, this sense of power, this sense of compassion. Humans outgrew a slavish sort of role and began to create a destiny outside the test tube, a destiny that wasn’t in the cards.  The rest of the universe is watching you create this destiny.  They don’t know where you’re going.  It is not predetermined.  You are not following a cookie-cutter approach to the evolution of the species. You are creating it as you go.  The rest of the world is in awe of your struggles and your breakthroughs.  The possibilities of what you can become as a race are unwritten.  There is a threshold that when humanity crosses it, it is a sort of tipping point, and more power, wisdom, light, miracles, more of what you can’t even understand, will burst into this reality, transforming it.  Not more of what you have, but a totally different reality than you can even appreciate.

LOVE IS SELF-ORGANIZING: Group Miracles in Peru

“Love is self-organizing,” Mark told us a year ago in a class called “Everyday Mastery.” He was addressing getting things done in groups. Last month in Peru, we were witnesses to the miracle of a group of 39 strangers (Okay, they weren’t actually “strange,” they just didn’t know each other) from nine countries becoming a seamless, supportive, inspiring, fun and loving family. 30 of the people hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. When someone was sick a literal pharmacy appeared out of backpacks to help. When a daypack was too heavy, ready hands were there to take the weight.

In our 17 days together we faced our fears – hiking over the “Pass Where Women Die”, standing out on a ledge high over Machu Picchu, climbing over rocks and through caves, even walking on a bed of hot coals. But the miracle of group support was more than physical assistance. People were there for each other for emotional and spiritual breakthroughs. New friends coached each other as past life remembrances or fears surfaced. We’re back from our Peru Spiritual Adventure, and each of our hearts has 38 new chambers filled with love.

Love is self-organizing. Without hierarchy, rigid plans or fanfare, people step up to be leaders and supporters at exactly the perfect time. People helped and cared for each other of their own volition. No one person asking, delegating or leading.

When people are together without structure there arises a fluid, organic structure that serves all in a win/win way. Since I’m also a corporate leadership consultant, I’m curious why such magic can happen in a couple of weeks in the Andes, yet most organizations and businesses rarely tap into it.

Here is my best observation as to why “Love in self-organizing:”
1. Everyone is fully present. Our attention and energy is NOW.
2. There are no hidden agendas or competitiveness; no need to control others or outcomes.
3. There is trust in the perfection of the process and the result.
4. There is a spontaneous fluidity. If something needs handling or a person needs help, someone notices and just does it.
5. There is Continuous Positive Regard (I call it CPR) flowing and growing through the group.
6. There is total acceptance of everyone. In our time together in close quarters and tight schedules there was no hiding personal strengths and weaknesses. Yet never did there seem to be judgment. We are who we are and all is perfect.
7. There is fun, joking and light heartedness.

I share these insights so that you can build on the idea that “Love is self-organizing.”
