Experiencing Your Soul

A woman walks out of a bar….

We’re seeing signs of momentary quantum blips where our soul steps in for an instant or longer…

Mirror…I was leaving a busy restaurant/bar in the ski resort town of Breckenridge. People stood everywhere waiting for a table to free up. Four young men —twenty-something— hung out in front of the exit door. I asked the group jovially, “Is there a toll to exit?” A young guy responded so quickly that it was more a reflex than a thought. “Yes, a hug.” Unfazed, I gave him a hug, told him the food was great and watched while his friends wondered, “What the hell just happened?”

On the sidewalk outside I considered that young men don’t usually request hugs from strangers who are old enough to be their mother. Why then did it pop out of his mouth? Because he needed the energy I was carrying— I had been channeling and meditating much of the day— and his soul stepped up to make sure he got it.

Is this happening to you? You do something, say something, think something that pops in as a reflex? This is your Soul trying to get your attention. So many opportunities are opening up for us in this Year of Manifestation. But it requires us to live and act unedited. Not stopping ourselves with old limitations, worn out patterns. How else can change truly reach us? How else can we evolve beyond ourselves?

Fall in love with yourself more than ever before… and watch you, your life and everyone around you fall in love too!

Peru… I have been called by this place for the last few months. When I saw the photo of your book featuring Macchu Picchu (which is currently taped to my wall), I was just stunned by the synchronicity (plus El Condor Pasa playing on repeat for the last few weeks). I have been called by Sedona, Arizona and have taken the trip there. I understand now that something in those sacred places awaits to be discovered by us and through us. Thank you for your story ❤

    Hi Jonette,

I have published some of your blog writings/stories in my blog which is the http://www.soulbodyfusion.fi. I do this intentionally translating the stories into Finnish and after/before the Finnish text I always put the original English version of it. Anyway I have never asked you whether it’s all right with you or not..? I hope you don’t mind? It’s due to the fact that many Finnish people don’t understand English that well and would still like to ‘be in touch’ with you and your energy. I noticed that clearly when you last visited Finland and had the workshops at the Yoga Shanti. I sent the Finnish translation of Spirit Body Fusion to some people who were truly grateful of it. And you do have some nice and educating stories there in your blog!

Please let me know if you want me to stop this one day?

    Thanks, Raija Matinpalo

p.s. I am truly sorry for the trip to Israel, I can’t get the money to pay for it in time, it was a miscalculation and acted on the spur of a moment.
